Your Burdens Are NOT Yours

Your burdens: emotional, physical, mental, etc. are NOT yours, they didn't come with the original package. You took them on. So you can release them, let them go, back to God for re-cycling. Use your will power. "I will let people into my heart" even though my mother didn't show me how to do this. I will never punish a child even though dad punished me!
